About Dancing Mountain Storm & Joelle

Welcome!  I am Joelle Dunaetz, CWC, NCC, CPFT, owner of Wellness in Balance, LLC and Dancing Mountain Storm Consulting. For over 20 years, I have coached, trained and guided clients toward creating positive lifestyle changes, empowering people to be in action toward a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life.  I am professionally trained to coach, instruct, guide, and support clients around many different facets of their life’s journey.  I am excited to be a catalyst for change – moving you toward a more holistic, empowered and rewarding life!

While first and foremost a professional life coach (coaching clients co-actively to create a productive and inspiring life), I built upon this base by expanded my toolbox and offerings around wellness, mind/body and nature connection (including exercise instruction, personal training, yoga, mindfulness instruction, and nature-connected coaching). I specialize in working with creatively and artistically prone (and challenged!) people, pre- and post-menopausal women, nature enthusiasts, as well as anyone genuinely interested in bringing passion and good health into their life while deepening their understanding of themselves.

In addition to my work with individuals, I also provide the corporate community a variety of wellness programs. Participants in my programs and classes discover empowering ways to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, connection and longevity.

My approach to working with clients

I meet clients on the telephone or face-to-face in a fun, firm and caring manner.  I understand that change is not easy, yet I hold the space for what is possible, even when you are feeling challenged and wishing to give up.  We create a powerful relationship enabling you to move forward toward your highest and best good.

“Thank you for your kind and comforting words.  You have truly contributed to the goodness and wellbeing in my life.”  Beth

“Joelle listens and really tunes into what you are saying. She also points out the obvious that we get blinded to.  Here is a soul that tunes into where you are, right now. She is thought provoking, timely in addressing your concerns and maps out a path that you will truly benefit from. In our journey in life, she makes an awesome guide and dear friend!”  Ann W.

“Joelle is a deeply caring and knowledgeable yoga instructor.  I love her classes because she creates a warm and positive environment, without judgement or comparison.  I feel both relaxed and refreshed after a yoga class with Joelle and highly recommend her as an instructor.”  Liz D.

“Joelle is also a great resource for quick tips and pointers on so many topics that she should be considered as a necessary part of employee wellness programs everywhere! Thanks Joelle!” Dan P.

“For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin, real life.  But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be got through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid.  Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.” Alfred D’Souza
