Are you ready to wake up, get moving and grow?! Join us as you will learn new and inspiring ways to enhance all aspects of your wellbeing so you can live, be and feel your best!
Topics include stress management, movement, minding your thoughts, eating better, and other behavioral and thinking habits that affect our health and wellbeing. You will receive guidance and support to help you make positive and real change so you can create a healthy and vibrant life!
Tuesdays April 18 – May 9, 6:45-8pm + 1 Saturday TBD
Tuesdays will be via Zoom, Saturday on land in Coal Creek Canyon
