Spring is the time to come out of winter’s darkness, to wake up, get moving and to start to grow! What are you ready to create, change or begin this Spring?
In this 5-session series, learn new and inspiring ways to enhance all aspects of your wellbeing so you can live, be and feel your best. Topics include stress management, movement, minding your thoughts, eating better, and other behavioral and thinking habits that affect our health and wellbeing.
Different wellness topics will be presented at each session, with opportunities for discussion and support. Saturday session will actually be out in nature (date and time TBD). You will receive guidance to help you make positive, real change, so you can create a healthy and vibrant life!
